El 12 de marzo de 1986 se celebraba el Referéndum OTAN. Semanas después Felipe González adelantaba las elecciones generales al 22 de junio de 1986, cinco meses antes de los cuatro años del fin de la legislatura. Aspergillus strains belonging to section Nigri isolated during a two year survey in eight Sicilian vineyards located on the slopes of Mount Etna (Sicily, Italy) were analysed analyzed in order to characterize species responsible for ochratoxin A (OTA) contamination of grapes. The polyphasic approach permitted analysis of biodiversity of Aspergillus isolates in relation to their morphology, ochratoxigenicity and genetic variability. We assessed OTA production by A. carbonarius, A. niger, A. tubingensis and A. japonicus using an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. A. carbonarius isolates were the strongest OTA producers. Ochratoxin A in instant coffee in Italy

Abstract The occurrence of ochratoxin A (OTA) in instant coffee from different brands and types was assessed. The survey covered 44 soluble coffees, 10 of which were decaffeinated, and 6 coffee products; the samples were collected in supermarkets and retail stores of Italy in 2011. The OTA was extracted, cleaned-up by immunoaffinity columns, and detected by HPLC-fluorescence detection. The detection and quantification limits were 0.05 and 0.2 μg/kg, respectively. Recovery, from samples spiked at levels of 0.5, 3.0, and 6.0 μg/kg, was 86.0 ± 7.1%, 91.0 ± 4.2%, and 91.7 ± 5.9% respectively. Tutkielman tarkoituksena oli kartoittaa alakoulun opettajien käsityksiä tutkielmaa varten luodusta suomalaisen oppikirjan tarinasta ja Otavan yrityskuvasta. Lisäksi opettajilta tiedusteltiin mielipiteitä tarinoiden käytöstä ylipäänsä. Tutkielma tehdään tapaustutkimuksena Kustannusosakeyhtiö Otavalle. Tutkielman teoreettisen viitekehyksen muodostavat tarinat, tarinat osana viestintää ja markkinointia sekä yrityskuvaa ja mainetta käsittelevät tutkimukset. Tutkielma toteutettiin laadullisen tutkimuksen keinoin ja tutkimustulokset analysoitiin teemoittelemalla. Tutkimusaineisto kerättiin fokusryhmähaastattelun ja yksilöhaastatteluiden avulla. El referéndum sobre la permanencia de España en la Alianza Atlántica (OTAN), convocado para el 12 de marzo de 1986 será uno de los conflictos más importantes de 1986, tanto a nivel político nacional, como dentro del PSOE. España ya pertenecía a la OTAN cuando se convocó el referéndum. El presidente de Gobierno, Leopoldo Calvo Sotelo, de UCD, en su discurso de investidura de 25 febrero de 1981 -dos días después del intento de golpe de Estado del 23F- había incluido la incorporación de España en la OTAN, adhiriéndose como miembro de la organización atlántica el 30 de mayo de 1982. Darba galvenais uzdevums ir noskaidrot ilustrāciju stilistikas iezīmes senajā Ķīnā, akcentējot Ming dinastiju. Darbā tiks apskatītas Ming dinastijas laikā veidotās ilustrācijas un to stilistiskās iezīmes, kā arī tiks veikta salīdzinošā analīze ar darbiem, kas tapuši citu dinastiju laikā. Darbs sastāv no trīs daļām: teorētiskās, empīriskās un radošās daļas. Darbs sākas ar pašu ilustrāciju pirmsākumu izpēti, kurā tiek izprastas izmantoto tehnikas, kam seko ilustrāciju vizuālā attīstība. Sadaļās ilustrāciju paraugi tiek ievietoti hronoloģiskā secībā, lai darba satura laika līkne būtu labāk izprotama. Tiek apskatīta arī revolucionāra mākslinieku kopiena: literāti kā gleznotāji.
